Dispater

Dispater is an Arch-Duke of the Hells, and Lord of Dis, the Second Layer.  He is known as a cunning politician and manipulator, as well as the chief arms dealer and weapons supplier of the Blood War.  
Known as the Iron Duke, Dispater rules from the Iron Throne in the City of Dis.
