Carmine Finn
Carmine is swarthy with a thick head of black hair and a body covered with more of the same. His stocky build has led some to suspect a touch of dwarven blood in his veins. The big ape runs the Lazy Scooner Tavern and Inn, the most renowned inn/tavern in Laketown and sees all outsiders as rubes who need to be parted from their money. He has been accused of being the closest thing that Laketown has to a true pirate.
