Brother Alexei of Turnberg (a.k.a. Master of the Silver Circle)

Brother Alexei has a reputation as a wise and just ruler over the province of Turnberg in northwestern Volinsk. He is the head of an order of monks known as the Silver Circle. They wear dark crimson robes embroidered with black and silver.
