The Draíocht Mhaith

The Draíocht Mhaith is a beautiful mountain located in the dead centre of the town of Cherakenkle. It’s home to trees of every colour (each corresponding to the magic embedded in the leaves and fruit) and the biggest population of Medocri and Dryadali.

Geography

Draíocht Mhaith is located on the very top of a huge grey-pink mountain named after its famous forest. The forest has a huge lake in the middle of it that runs into a stream. The stream of course, escalated into a waterfall, which actually goes into another lake located on a lengthy jut out on the side of Draíocht Mhaith. This happens at least fourteen times in a spiral around the entire mountain before finally falling into a bigger lake on the ground.

Fauna & Flora

Draíocht Mhaith Is so expansive that out of probably three hundred thousand species of both flora and fauna, only six are known. Two animals and four plants. The Fauna are the elusive Luna yak and Luna snake, so all that is known about them is that they exist. The plants are the Hsba flower (a beautiful flower which is edible and increases health and memory by at least fifty percent), the Jaie tree (a willow like tree that bears only three of the legendary Jaie fruit, a fruit known for the taste and happiness factor of a thousand words) and the less known Guen shrub ( a plant of which all we know is that it’s blue).

Natural Resources

Natural resources include wood from seventy percent of the estimated six hundred species of trees,fruit from one hundred thousand of the estimated species of plants and three of the known animals. Draíocht Mhaith Is also known for housing hundreds of thousands of minerals and valuable gems and rocks that even the most skilled of mine-Nanui.
