The Phantom Association

Good at silently making people disappear, never to be seen again, The Phantom Association was able to strike fear into those that oppose them. While being called cowards by some of the other factions, the association ignores their claims as it is not in their interest. Their capital, Ayukbu, is commonly known as the Ghost City for its misty atmosphere and disappearing people.
