Crete

Crete is a manufactured building material, similar to our concrete.
It is also commonly used to make floors because it can be poured and shaped before it sets.
However, unlike in our world, crete is generally not reinforced with metal as that is not economical. This means that crete is only used to cover the ground and not used for the upper floors of buildings.
