Vaxelus
Vaxelus is a highly contagious disease that rots the skin. Symptoms include green, putrescent sores, yellow pupils, and grey, tattered lips. This disease also attacks the nerves, resulting in hideous mutilation and deformity.
Transmission & Vectors
Vaxelus is highly contagious. Infectious agents are carried in the air by dust or aerosol particles from the open sores and infection of the epidermus.
Symptoms
The primary symptoms of Vaxelus consist of sores, and irritation of the epidurmus. In some cases, infections of the skin reach the nerve endings and slowly destroy the nervous system. This happens in only 10% of cases.
Treatment
Vaxelus can be treated through repeated application of any number of medicinal herbs: Lampsur, Oede, Cowana, and Lanurma Oil. These applications must be re-applied every few days over the course of few weeks.
