Kaiju
The Kaiju was one of the primal banes of Magnamund. The beast was a full 50 feet (15 meters) tall and 70 feet (21 meters) long quadruped with a long tail, reflective carapace. Supposedly, there was only one kaiju, which slumbered within the world's core but there may be other large beasts under the ground. No one could predict when it would next awake.
The Kaiju is irreversibly tied to the Magnamnund by its nature. As a result, the most one could hope to do was put the creature to sleep within the core, holding it off for a while longer. However, ancient texts seemed to indicate that there might be a way to finally and ultimately deal with the creature, if one could somehow deceive it, luring it into another plane and sealing it there.

Basic Information
Anatomy
The Kaiju is an enormous beast, larger than the size of known dragons, a thick carapace, mighty tail, many spikes covering its large body, and a wide, toothy maw. The Kaiju also has two small eyes, but it does not rely on these for its primary method of sensory perception—if they are blinded or removed, it is effectively unhindered. The kaiju is impossible to frighten or charm and has resistances to every kind of damage imaginable. It moves at a speed roughly that of a human, either while walking on the surface, climbing a height, or burrowing through the earth.
