Jakan Bow

A longbow used by coastal fishermen in Vassagonia to hunt barbidahn and squid that live in shallow waters and reefs, but not ideal for target shooting at long range targets.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The Jakan Bow is designed for short-range shooting and fishing. It sufferes range penalties quickly, but is equipped with a refractive site that allows fishers to fire into the water without difficulty:

• 1d6+1 RKA
• -1 to OCV range modifier
• +2 to OCV to offset visual perception modifiers (refraction of water surface)
