Herbalish
The Herbalish, also known as the Herbwardens, are a group of herbalists and apothe devoted to the healing arts. They are known across Northern and Southern Magnamunds as experts in herbalism, potion crafting, and the presence of magical properties in natural herbs, minerals, and waters. They can be found consulting with wizards on the best materials for the creation of mgaical equipment.
After MS 5070, together with the Magician's Guild of Toran , the Herbalish of Bautar undertook a mission to attempt to undo the damage caused by the Darklords, restoring fertility to the lands north of the Maakengorge. Progress, however, was extremely slow - it was estimated that it would take centuries to undo the damage of the Darklords - and it was halted altogether after Luthos Vorgada seized power in Magador allied himself with the Drakkarim of Ogia, and closed Magador's borders.
Culture
The Herbalish are devoted to healing, and the curing of disease. They look down on any herbalists, or apothecaries who create poisons - even for pest control.
