Sypho

The sypho is a specialized wagon used to fight both fires and angry mobs. Carried by a team of four draft horses and manned by three vigils, the wagon carries up to 110 gallons of water in two bronze or iron drums, 30 feet of leather hose, and a water pump. When operated by three people, one to hold and aim the hose, and two to pump the water, the sypho can fire high pressure water in a line 5 feet wide and 50 feet long, or in a 20 foot cone which can be adjusted by a nozzle on the hose. Both the line and the cone extinguish non-magical fire within their area and each has a different effect for crowd control. It holds enough water to run for 10 rounds.

Effects

Line: any creature of large size or smaller hit by the sypho's line is pushed back 5 feet and must succeed on a DC:12 strength save or be knocked prone.
Cone: The cone creates 20x20 feet of difficult terrain from the front of the hose until the sypho is deactivated or runs out of water.
