Interlocked Rings

This rare magical artifact is a set of interlocked mood rings. When two people wear them they may swap ONE profiency/skill ONCE, upon which time the rings will lose power and become normal rings. To succesfully pull them apart and use them both adventurers must roll the same number on a D20 (including natural ones).
If sold instead the interlocked pair is worth 70gp. The individual mood rings are 10gp each.
