Lyapor

Two centuries have passed since the Wyndron Empire reigned supreme over the continent of Velos, the most populated portion of the planet of Lyapor. Though the nations of Velos drew close together in the years following the Empire's dissolution, time has made those post-Imperial days of unity and advancement seem like little more than a myth.
  Each nation of Velos is plagued with its own problems, most too great for them to defeat alone - and unable to solve their problems, the pleasant places on Velos grow fewer and fewer.
  The Velosian Concord has turned to one of the most traditional of Velosian customs in order to build something akin to unity - or at least, to enrich themselves. New Expeditionary Fleets are formed and prepared to send off, with the largest in known history setting forth to the Shimmerstrand: a mysterious and ever-changing series of resource-rich islands north of Velos.
