Melwana Tartaglia

Melwana Tartaglia is a Condotta for the Rian Army. Her uniform of station is a white cotton double breasted jacket. It has brass and red details and with a red sash running from the left shoulder. There are two golden chains attached to the sash, running over to the right shoulder. She speaks with a calculated, cordial voice.
