Tarathiel Erquinal
Owner and bar keep of the Tipsy Buffalo in the Elven Encampment. He used to be a ranger, and retired after years of service to Oakenhost. Buying the Tipsy Buffalo from the original owner, he expanded on it and made it into an Inn as well.
