Helea

Helea resides on the southern coast of The Republic of Adria, and is positioned at the southern-most tip of the Main Line. Helea is also a major port city (the only true port city located anywhere along the Main Line or the Brauron Line). Furthermore, being situated where the Kinmouth River meets the Calbor Sea, Helea is a gateway for all goods making their way upriver to Kaokima (also a Line city). These two factors make Helea the single most important city to the operation of the Main Line, and consequently a staggering amount of wealth and resources are made, moved, and spent here.

All of this, combined with it's favorable climate, causes Helea to positively thrive (it is considered the crown jewel of The Phoenix Coast, and even occasionally goes by the nickname "The Phoenix"). Not surprisingly then, Helea is a wildly diverse place. Everyone from powerful figures of the Republic to local street rats, from veteran defenders of the night walls to colorful entertainers, and nearly all sentient races, call this city home.
