Amberport
The city of Amberport lies on the coast of the Arawa Ocean at the mouth of the Kudru River. It is the easternmost city to be considered part of The Phoenix Coast, though the southern coast's famed lushness tapers off quickly here as one nears the Drake Barrens. Even so, Amberport is extremely prosperous, and remains an important linking port between the Adrian capital of Jyfeng upriver, and the remainder of the Phoenix Coast (particularly Helea).
The city gets its name from the red-orange rock and soil that begins to become prominent here (before taking over completely, further east).
