The Keep at Icemoot

A spiraling minaret carved into a towering mountain and built atop its summit, the Keep at Icemoot reaches to the heavens and serves as a perpetual focus of arcane energy. It attracts mages and scholars alike to come and ponder the world and its mysteries with similarly-learned peers. It houses a massive Arcanatoreum and a sprawling library, housing many of the world's ancient texts. The library itself is only rivaled by the campus complex of the Madrasa at Hasdria.
