Kojas, City of the Dracul

The city of Kojas was founded by the four Gods when they created the current version of this World, called LumenOrbis. Inside of it, the Draculs live. Their race was created and chosen to serve as protectors and trainers of weaker races and allies to the other god chosen species. The city is defendable and protected by ancient magic woven by the four gods. Nonetheless did she fall in the infamous Lightwar as the Angels inflamed a civil War between Red and Black Dracons after which both groups left the city.

Demografie

The City is made up of the Dracul, these can be split into the Black Draculs and the Red Draculs. Both have their own Quarters and Cityparts but all important positions and administrative bodies are filled evenly with personal from both Clans.

Regierung

The City is ruled in a Dual Monarchy by the King and Queen of the Red and Black Dracons, under them is the Great General and the Great Master. The Great General is the suprem Commander of all armed Forces whilst the Great Master commands the civil forces. He stands above all Guilds and Merchants.
Together they administrate The Great Academy the place where young Draculs are trained.

Verteidigungsmaßnahmen

It posseses high broad walls, with enough space for two horses galloping side by side and in even spaces squad towers for archers and other distance weapons like ballistas and catapults. Furthermore a broad moat surrounds the City, fed by a mountain River and secret passages can allow armed forces to strike from inside out without breaking a siege.

Industrie

Kojas provides military support and weapon delivery to all that can pay, or are in serious need of it. The later is only then acted uppon if the Kings and Queens vote to do so.

Infrastruktur

The Palace of Kings

The Palace is a massive labyrinth of towers and buildings, its is standing in a free space close to the city center surrounded by two broad moats.

The great Academy

The Academy is maybe even bigger than the Palace, protected behind high and broad Walls. It remembers of a small city within a city but the main building is a bullwark in itself. Here young Draculs are trained to their future military or civil positions.

Gilden und Fraktionen

There are Guilds for every mayor Trade and Craft. Furthermore there is the great union of Merchants that controls the currency and stores inside the city.

Geschichte

Architektur

Its a great city, kept in an interesting mix of utilitarian,militaristic and elegant. The houses in the city resemble those of a rusical worker town, though not as tightly stacked as to avoid a blaze to consume the city in war, they usually have 2 or 3 levels with a deep cellar.

Geographie

Its places inmidst the northers forest of the Kingsmenlands, but it also hugs the foothills of The Fangs
