Zostrasz

Zostrasz is a 2000 year old Black Dragon. His lair is a massive swampland known as the acrid mangrove. He has a dragonborn cult in the area that named themselves after him. Zostrasz is considered the most influential dragon in all of Chaogora, and is the strongest black dragon in the world.
