Ymis

Ymis is a kingdom located on the eastern end of noltrall's main island. It is ruled by a half elf queen named Nix Komnene. Ymis is famous for its artificers and has the second largest Warforged population because of their skill. They have had armed militias rise up in the last 12 years and its government is trying to suppress them. Historically winged boots were invented here.
