Winston Prodigal/Wilson Rose-Quilar

Winston Prodigal formerly known as Wilson Rose-Quilar Is a half elf pirate captain of the loon looters and is currently residing in bleak shallows. He is an exiled member of the rose-quilar family and took on a new name to avoid being found out since he stole the Quilar emerald an heirloom to the family. He was one of the adventurers that assisted Sharia against the abolethy cult of Krassel. He still is in contact with Sharia when his racketeering brings him to the underdark.
