Veil of the white horse

The veil of the white horse is a monument dedicated to an emperor named Enserrus Troloxia. He was known as the white horse as he rode a pure white steed into battle.  Enserrus is the only Lucinian emperor that the marcorian people honor as he freed Marcorian halflings from slavery in his lifetime. He is also the patron saint of horseback archery.
