Valine Vlando

Valine Vlando is the guild leader of the Majestic Sapphire. She is an accomplished wizard from the school of enchantment and is a master magic item creator. She is a friendly rival to Urz'milat Korassius and constantly fight over whos trading with who. One notable thing she invented are trick arrows, these are arrows that are enchanted with a one time use spell that bursts on impact.
