Uthrak

Uthrak is a country near the center of Chaogora and is a frozen tundra with a brutal climate. The uthraks are the namesake of the country, they are a loosely connected series of Barbarians and Druids who have mastered the cold. They are led by Grand chieftain Asvol Iba.
