Freepeak is the warrior king and dictator in charge of Mngoti and has done nothing improve his own lifestyle while the peasants starve and rot. His actions have caused the country to go into a famine which in turn led to many of the current generation being born with haemophilia which is a disease that thins their blood and does not let them easily survive the winters.
