Tolaakir

Tolaakir is a country that claims to accept all but is mostly a place for criminals to run away too. The Beaches in the north used to be popular tourist spots but when smugglers realized Tolaakir's laws prevented foreign law agencies to investigate within its borders they flocked to the country. This movement has been fought by the Tolakk people who do not want anything to do with these criminals. In an upcoming election the crime boss shem tov will be running for the seat.
