Tol'aj is authoritarian state that is currently warring with Vath. It is ruled bby a half orc warlord named Gaddo Joxer. Tol'aj is one the largest buyers of slaves in Noltrall and has drawn the ire of its neighboring nations because of this. The country runs of a singular river known as the Slawdzyel river. One the most war crimes happened 4 years ago where Tol'aj soldiers massacred an entire elven city because its mayor dared to defy Gaddo.
