Tokhal

Tokhal is a western country on the eastern island of chaogora. It is ruled by a loxodon emperor by the name of Husnem Golol. There are historic structures called  Raestrasz Huts after the Raestrasz people, it is one of the few pre-calamity ruins on the surface. The capitol  Is called Parfin and is a testament to the grandiose style of the Takhali people many of their buildings are gilded and encrusted with gems. Tokhal has one the most educated populaces in the world.
