The guttersville slasher

The slasher is a notorious serial killer/pirate who put fear into the natives of bleak shallows, whitelight, and zalh dromar. She was known to taunt law officials by crucifying her victims in front of temples and courts. Her victims were exclusively male elves and half elves believed to be some sort of resentment towards her father. She was caught 5 months prior and imprisoned in incarcerus. She is a Drow.
