The bleak shallows takeover

This a the siege of the area that is now known as bleak shallows. The pirate king bristlebeard invaded a group of coastal nations with his 60 ship fleet and claimed the land to be a sanctuary for pirates. The natives of these nations could not defend themselves and now live in fear of the violent upperclass.
