Thaoran

Thaoran is the beginning of a goblinoid empire led by a man named Huai Rus. The land of Thaoran is rich in coal and Huai's militia uses that to gain wealth for his empire. The Thaoran people are extremely prejudiced against humans and elves and believe they have no place in a future kingdom. Their archmage is a hobgoblin necromancer named  Cierz Eslem.
