Spruce Hill Estate

The spruce hill estate is a large property in silver coast and believed to be haunted by its previous lord. Its previous owner, Lord Tumarim Steinbach was an eccentric wizard who is believed to have been killed by his own experiments on the shadowfell. The basement of the house has a portal to the shadowfell in it.
