Shem-Tov crime family

The Shem-Tov crime family is base in Khel Dor and is led by a sorcerer of the same name. Despite being a mafia the public's opinion of them is rather high because despite their own illegal businesses they effectively scare more violent criminals out of whatever town they take over. Their leader is Shem-Tov a Loxodon clockwork sorcerer who is as honorable as he is evil. Most of their dealings are in the drug and sex trade.
