Sheila Silenthelm

Sheila Silenthelm is an oath of watchers paaldin who currently leads Jromo Kaaz. She is an intelligent tactician and has helped the church of light maintain a lot of power on Noltrall. Even though some see her as another church puppet she does work on her own terms and refuses to attack innocent bystanders even if they have not been converted to the light.
