Shantaalak

Shantaalak is a nation ruled by a pacifistic monk order who swear to never attack anything without aggression from the other party. The order of Merciful mind has one of the youngest groups of followers. Shantaalak has recently started developing train tracks on its countryside. One of its delegates Eltham Sasahica has done great things for its economy and cemented the nation as a peaceful and neutral one. The nation  relies on the winter river for its fishing industry.
