serpent's Belly

Serpent's belly is an area located on the east coast of Chaogora and is ruled by the cult of the Onyx serpent. The Cult leader is believed to be a Yuan Ti Graviturgic wizard named Salpinctes If'gan. The cult has been witnessed cooking humanoid meat as an offering for the Onyx serpent and they are believed to partake in ritualistic cannibalism. Bamboo heavily obscures a lot of the area so cult activity is hard to pin down.
