The guildmaster is a human wizard named Valine Vlando and she is the rival to Urz'milat the leader of the nine stars guild. Valine is a well accustomed politician and has made Rochus a large trade powerhouse for magic items. Her second hand has also helped the country out a Human eldritch knight named Mordecai Turk has greatly bolstered their military strength. the city of Buddecion is a popular vacation spot.
