Elprugg is a proposed nation in the south region of Blanco. the man who proposed this state is an Orcish chief named S'bu Murshid. The people of Elpregg are currently under special protection while the woven court looks over its proposal. A disease is currntly rampaging through the country called Rak're fever, which is a disease that prevents the infected from sleeping. An Orc from S'bu's tribe has recently entered the crucible whose name is Hilverk Shaikh.
