President Nigel Kelbie

Kelbie is the current president of the Xyronimir republic and is a former soldier, he seved in a conflict against the church of light as to not allow his country become another colony of theirs. He is a controversial figure and his acts to give warforged and monstrous humanoids citizenship has not been accepted by all of Xyronimir's denizens.
