Pirate state of bleak shallows

Bleak shallows is ruled by pirates and terrorizes the natives of its land. All the pirates at least respect the authority of Rossbyrd bristlebeard while on its land. He is a dwarven pirate who has 600 ships in his fleet. One of the strangest buildings in bleak shallows is The throne opera house as it was owned by the Gold kraken krew. Many public establishments have live music and bards are well respected. A kraken protects the coast from dangers as Bristlebeard is paying it off with something.
