Phezas Qadiri

Phezas Qadiri is the current emperor of Reagan and very well might be the last. He rose to power at age 11 when his older brother Roy was assassinated. An 11 year old controlling ended up as well as you would think. Due to his royal blood and spoiled personality his underlings have never told  him to grow up and gain some maturity so He is currently a 25 year old man who acts like a spoiled teenager.
