Metzev is the closest thing halflings have to an ancient empire from their race. It is led by emperor Rendar frostwater. The country takes sporting events very seriously and its natives are known to throw crazy ragers whenever a metzevian native wins the traiona. The capitol houses the oldest luxury hotel in the world called the golden ram. Metzevian halflings are great athletes.
