lotobello

lotobello is a dark kingdom ruled by an elder lich named Bain. Transport inside the country is banned and they seem to only use domestically made products. this land used to belong to many halfling tribes and they seem to have either been wiped out or enslaved. A large majority of the population is forced to serve in Bain's undead army and if they refuse they are executed and enlisted immediately.
