Laran is a democratic nation led by a gnomish president named Seito Filda. The country houses many tinkers and is  one of the few countries to grant warforged citizenship. The nation claims to have housed an archangel at one point while he was in disguise. The name Laran means divine in gnomish and references the heavily religious population.
