Kotlaq

The kotlaq are a group of goblinoid tribes in the northernmost point of rehled. they follow one archchief who is currently a hobgoblin named Marat Chack. The tribes set their young off at the age of 3 to hunt a bear to prove that they are strong enough for the tribe. Infant mortality rates of this country is high and its population gets smaller every year. Unlike alot of goblinoids the ones from Kotlaq tend to fill neutral alignments rather than chaotic ones.
