Kotlaq Goblinoids

The kotlaq is a tribe of foragers and hunters in the far north. These goblinoids tend to be of a more neutral alignment. They value survival very highly and allow the weak links in the tribe to die because of this culture healers are very rare. If you want to play a kotlaq they will most likely be rangers, barbarians, and fighters.
