Kin Tokha

Kin Tokha is a country ruled by the dragon's fang thieves' guild, whose leader is a kobold named Jeld Clicktooth. The guild in known to perform heists on artificer's guilds to steal magic items and sell them on the black market. Kin Tokha used to be a kingdom ruled by a dragonborn emperor but Jeld assassinated him and usurped power. Landslides are a huge problem in kin tokha and the druids have tried to stop them but they are too frequent.
