Kharchu

Kharchu is not necessarily one country but a group of lizardfolk tribes who banded together for protection. The country has no central laws and does not bother with what outsiders do unless it directly harms them. The rare diminution drake is found in this country. Bards are well respected in the tribes. Many bards follow the college of valor. The trees in their forest glow in the dark.
