Kaneer

Kaneer is a landlocked nation ruled by a man known as the dragon emperor, his name comes from the wyvern riders of his military who are feared throughout Noltrall. The northern border is the Rhalvoc river and ends at the southern border, this river is extremely polluted. A famous haunted inn is located in this country called the Snowy drake inn. For some reason the people of Kaneer have a large amount of colorblindness in its population.
